Seamless gutters in Barnegat, for the bayfront blocks, Heritage Point and Four Seasons, and the wooded lots on the Pinelands edge. Free estimates within 24 hours.

Barnegat went from a bayside village of fifteen hundred people in 1970 to a township of more than twenty-four thousand, and almost all of that housing is new by shore standards. The 1970s and 80s built the ranches and colonials off West Bay Avenue and the Barnegat side of Ocean Acres, and the 1990s and 2000s added the adult communities, Heritage Point, Four Seasons and Pheasant Run, that now make up a big part of town. The older stock is small: the bayfront blocks near Barnegat Beach and East Bay Avenue, where tides reach the street, and the farmhouses out toward Brookville on the Pinelands edge. Seamless gutters sized for wide single-story roofs, bay salt and pine needles are what we install, repair and clean across Barnegat.
The homes near the bay take salt air and wind-driven rain, and the inland neighborhoods and wooded lots take a steady leaf and needle drop that packs gutters and holds water against the fascia.
We install, repair and clean seamless aluminum gutters from Barnegat Beach and West Bay Avenue to Heritage Point, Four Seasons and Route 9.
Get a Free EstimateBarnegat gutter calls split three ways: adult-community homes with long single-story eaves and too few downspouts, bayfront houses that lose a run in every nor'easter, and wooded lots where the pines never stop dropping.
The single-story homes in Heritage Point, Four Seasons and Pheasant Run carry long, low eaves that a sectional gutter cannot cross without a joint, so we form seamless aluminum on site to the full run and add the outlets the builder skipped. On the bayfront blocks near Barnegat Beach we hang on hidden hangers that hold in wind off the bay, and on the colonials off West Bay Avenue we size 6-inch gutters where a big roof drains to one corner. More on seamless gutter installation.
A twenty-year-old builder gutter in an adult community usually needs a hanger and a pitch, not a replacement: we re-hang the run, reset it so water reaches the outlet, and reseal the corners. On the bay side we replace downspouts torn loose by storm wind and reseal corners where salt ate the sealant, and on the wooded lots we clear and rebuild outlets packed with needles. One bad section gets replaced on its own when the rest is sound. More on gutter repair.
West of Route 9 the pines over Ocean Acres and the Brookville lots drop needles all year and the oaks add a heavy fall load; on the bay the wind brings grit instead. Needles slip past a coarse screen, so Barnegat gets a fine mesh that holds them back and still drains a cloudburst. In an adult community a guard means nobody in the house has to think about a ladder again. More on gutter guards.
A Barnegat gutter under pines wants cleaning three times a year without guards; one in Heritage Point or Four Seasons usually needs spring and fall; one on the bay needs a look after any major storm. We clear the debris by hand and haul it, flush every downspout from the top until it runs clear, confirm the water drains away from the slab, and check hangers, seams and fascia while we are up. More on gutter cleaning.
Even a newer house loses fascia when a gutter overflows for a few seasons, and the older bayfront homes near East Bay Avenue have salt air working on the wood as well. Peeling paint along the roof edge, dark streaks under the gutter and a run pulling away at one end are the signs. We replace the rotted fascia and soffit, wrap the new wood in aluminum so it is done with paint, and rehang the gutters on a solid edge. Our fascia and soffit repair page has more.
